a final grade of at least a C.
2) First-year students: After you have completed ENGL 1102, usually during the fall semester
of your sophomore year, meet with the English Program Coordinator (Dr. Anthony Wilson) to
discuss your interest, plans, and aptitude for majoring in English Writing and Publication Studies.
Transfer students: Meet with Dr. Wilson as soon as you are ready to register for your first
classes at LaGrange College.
3) If this interview determines that a major in our program suits your interests and abilities, then you
will be invited to sign a major declaration form and will be assigned to a major
